Share on FacebookIf you are on cable and have the connection running from the back of the modem to the ethernet port then leave it plugged up and click go. It will automatically detect your connection name. If you have your connection running thru a router then unplug it and plug your connection directly from your modem to your ethernet adapter. DHCP will not work on routers, however it is worth a shot because these instructions were for v1.0 and the app provided is v1.4. Sometimes it will not change your ip at all depending on your isp.
